I have been using Anaconda's spyder for about two months and half for my MOOC program with edx. About two days ago I lost the Ipython console and as I was trying to fix it,I quit Anaconda and restarted it. After that spyder refused to launch. I checked the forum for solution and saw an advice to remove the spyder lock from users file which I did, but it didn't solve my problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still spyder refused to launch.Please, what do I do next? Thanks in advance.
