I thought so. It seems there are no sip wheels (a pyqt5 dependency)
available for Python 3.4. So you can either
1. Use a newer Python version.
2. Use an older pyqt5 version
3. Use Anaconda
4. Contact pyqt5 author (Phil Thompson) about this

in the wheel filename, I try to install gives the error
/<filename>/.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
which makes sense from the message when trying to install PyQt5.
The OS is openSUSE Leap 42.3.
Is there anyway to get around this?
