Hi,
I am using spyder 3.2.5 in a fully updated anconda2 environment on
Ubuntu 16.04.
I install the itk package:
conda install --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/conda-forge itk
When using this from spyders ipython console I get the error at the
end of this message.
If I issue the same two commands in ipython from the command line (but
also part of the anaconda 2 install), then I don't get the error.
Any ideas what is going wrong and why appreciated!
