I'm using Spyder to teach myself python. I love the Spyder app! I use the
Anaconda Python distribution. Recently when I use the conda command I get a
warning that a newer version of conda exists and I should upgrade. When I
try to upgrade using'
conda upgrade conda

or
conda update -n base conda

it appears to be working until I get to the 'Verifying transaction' step.
At that point, I get around 82 error messages. The 1st 10 start with
'CondaVerificationError:' and then the rest of them start with,
'ClobberError:' Is this a problem with conda or a problem on my end? Does
anyone have an idea how to fix this or to upgrade conda?
