Hi,
Unfortunately there's no other way to save variables right now. But
we'll try to improve this process for Spyder 4, to be released in 2019.
Cheers,
Carlos

Hey guys out there,
i'm working now for three years with spyder since i start to learn
python. Now i will handle my captured data.
Analyses and formatting is no problem anymore due to automatic
processes for a hole buinch of file at once.
But now saving the variables in the Variable explorer is still by hand
clicking on save as.... but i will do it as well
by a command line itself so i dont have to worry about.
Is that posiible?
Best Wishes and thanks for help!
