I was able to get it. I used the conda at the command line, and I am pretty sure I got it via the conda-forge channel.
I am not sure I will be able to help you troubleshoot. But others here likely will be able to if I am not. First though you will need to provide detailed explanations of just what you have tried, what the error messages or failure symptoms were, your OS and other package version numbers are, etc. Otherwise no one can try to help.
