I would like to install the latest Spyder on my 64-bit Windows 10 machine. The notification that Spyder 3.3.3 is available cautions me NOT to use pip to do the update. When I click on the link for Installation <https://pythonhosted.org/spyder/installation.html> instructions, I am sent to a non-existent page, https://pythonhosted.org/spyder/installation.html
