I upgraded spyder using pip and it's not lauching anymore. I am using
Windows and when I launch spyder3.exe a python and spyder3 instance shows
up at Task Manager but then it dies. Is there a way to monitor a error log
in some sort of command line. I tried --reset but no joy.
