Assalamu alaikum Tolga,

 Do the following:

1. Close Spyder.
2. Run Anaconda Prompt as an administrator.
3.Copy and paste these two lines: 
    
     conda update qt pyqt

conda install spyder=3.3.6

4.Wait few minutes for the update to finish.

P.S. I encountered the same problem and this worked fine for me,just stick 
verbally to the procedure.
