solve in Spyder. Please report it here
https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/
to see if they can give you a hand with it.

I installed Spyder 4.0.0 using Anaconda3 on my Debial-10 platform
without any problems.
However, I did encounter problems when trying the installation on my
