Well, you've supplied no information how you have configured Anaconda or what os you are using.
My suggestion is to create a new environment for your use. (see anaconda documentation for specifics) Once you have done this, do 2 Google searches (1 search for each of the 2 packages you want to use (tkinter is part of tcl/tk)) using the following arguments: tk :: anaconda selenium :: anaconda The Anaconda docs found by these searches will give you the proper commands and channels to use to install your packages. Don't forget to install spyder in the NEW environment, along with whatever other packages you need. Hope that reading the documentation helps!
