I recently had issues launching spyder from Anaconda but it was because I hadn't activated my environment properly, so I reinstalled Anaconda and followed the activation instructions carefully and now it's running smooth as butter. I'm running python 3.8.5.
It looks like you've activated your environment, but maybe try reinstalling?
