I am curious to know if you'd stop using all Microsoft products because they, too, were accessed by hackers (ref: https://www.zdnet.com/article/solarwinds-hackers-accessed-microsoft-source-code/ )
It does seem that it was one very specific JetBrains product - TeamCity - that was targeted. It's unlikely that an IDE would be of much interest to them. Is there specific evidence of PyCharm having security flaws?
