Hi Mauricio, Thank you for the link, it's interesting. For information I'm under Windows 10 and I don't install other packages for Anaconda, only Anaconda and I use Python 3.9.1 and Python 3.9 pywin32-300.
But effectively, even if I don't understand English very well, it seems it displayed conflicts during installation, perhaps with old version modules. If next time I have problems again, I think I shall remove Anaconda before install it again. I hope it will run correctly again.
