If the data is on a web page, it should be possible to 
write something to read the web page, and write the data
where SQL-Ledger can use it.  I assume that the process
looks like something that requires a human to read something
and then type in something, otherwise the transcription
would be more or less straightforward.  A language like
expect can act like a human for doing this kind of interaction.
