Curious if anyone has done this... I'd like to use the "SHIP VIA" field when entering sales orders to work on a routing schedule for deliveries. What would it take to add a drop down selection for this field or be able to set it up static on particular accounts thus allowing an open sales order report to be generated by route or shipping method? Currently we are adding text to this field and maintain information in the internal notes of the account, but a selection or static method would reduce key time/drag & drop time and mistakes.
