I believe one will have to hack bin/mozilla/rp.pl first (as with the file
I attached yesterday) to include the following lines somewhere in the top:
# $locale->text('Tax Paid')
# $locale->text('Tax Report')
Only _after_ adding those I found that the tax-related entries showed up
in my locale files.
