I somehow missed the start of this, but I have to assume the existing 
sql/Canada-gifi.sql is not satisfactory for some reason.

I don't see RC4089, and the link that Google found does not exist.
T1178 seems to be a short form with General Index of Financial 
Information codes.  Note that the link on the CCRA site is bad, but just 
drop the last part of the URI.

A search for "General Index of Financial Information" finds RC4088.

CCRA is using PDF, although RC4088 also is available in HTML.  Maybe the 
poster isn't using Unix and doesn't have a big toolbox for PDF or HTML 
manipulation.

rc4088eq-06.html has the full list of accounts.  It uses an HTML table. 
  It's easy to extract the data with Perl or awk.  Does someone want a 
program to do that?
