Dieter,
I am manufacturing textile products,
I have batches to produce products ,
it is not assemly 1+1=2
I take some yarn and some machine time and labour time ... etc to produce 500pcs
of baby jacket,
if I try to devide this time to each jacket the i would end up using 0.00002 of
this material and 0.0003 of that material .. etc,
what i made is making a dummy assembly (with the name of the prodcut ) and
putting in that assembly the amout of raw material used , and asseblyig one of
that assemly ,
thus the parts would be decreased by the correct ammount ,
then making the assemlies of the real product dividing by the number produced ,

Is that correct or it will make problems later ,
What I want at the end is the parts quantity is to be correct and that the
asembly would be costed correctly,

Please advise
