Let's say you are selling tires and you always want to have 20 of a 
particular tire in stock.
For that tire you would set the ROP to 20 and SL tells you when you drop 
below 20 tires and you should reorder this tire.

Like row 10c shelf 3a or whatever numbering system you use. If you don't 
keep large quantities in stock you might not need this.
