Hello Tim ! The easiest way i found is to just have it as part of your address. (last row of address info in the setup page for the user) I used a different approach but it involves changing the perl code so that the email data in the user setup screen is accessible to the LaTex templates. I made up some custom Tex templates and I'll be making them available to everyone who wants them. (I've also got to make a quick sample for some people who asked how to add a logo to the templates) I just got back in town and have a lot of work on my plate but I'll try post the stuff by Sunday at the latest if you are interested.
