I don't know about the website or entry date.

On our customer list, we have both "Billing Address" and "Shipping
Address". The Shipping Address is the address of the physical building
where the customer's office resides. Is that what "structural address"
means?

We have put extra information (hours, dog's name, wife's birthday, kids
names, and stuff like that) in the notes field. Then we look at that
before we go see a client, so that we know what we are getting ourselves
in to before we meet with them.

By 'delayed payment', I think you mean "A/R Aging". Click on "AR
Reports", and then "A/R Aging". Then you can perform a search which
will show you which invoices are outstanding, and how long.

Yes, you can implement different tax schemes. Here in California, we
pay 8.25% sales tax when we buy things from vendors within California,
but none from outside the state. The other day we got an invoice from a
supplier in California which was using a Sales Tax of 7.75%. We were
able to add a new tax account, set it to 7.75%, and then set that one
vendor at 7.75%. This took only a few minutes.
