Your way chances are you print 150 pages of customer overview with no outstanding payments AT ALL..
Option 1: Print the report, see which customersactaully NEED a reminder, and then use the from-to range to print overviews per customer. Save trees! Option 2: Fiddle round with templates (html, latex or both) and use variables to create customized reminders. Check existing templates (e.g. order template) to see how they are made up.. Option 3: Be patient and wait till Dieter gets the 'What's ahead' done: I quote the ahead from the SQL site: Planned for future releases: Customer Statements / create customer statements from templates, optionally apply service charge to outstanding amounts. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:sql-ledger-users-bounce@;freelists.org] On Behalf Of David Everly Sent: Tuesday, November 05, 2002 9:49 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [SL] Re: monthly customer billing On the web example: http://abacus.sql-ledger.org/sql-ledger/login.pl If I go to AR | Reports | AR Aging, I get something that is a little what I'm looking for. However, what I want to do is print all customers in one batch, one sheet of paper (or more) per customer, stuff into envelopes, and mail.
