Are these links, or form actions?
If these are links and not submit buttons, what happens after the
add--does the invoice come back with entered information updated, or does
one still need to choose the customer?
I have often wanted maybe a "new customer" entry on the dropdown, which,
once selected, would act like a new product, allow entry of information,
and then update the invoice.
Of course, my interest is more in LSMB than SL, but such things would be
portable.
