Hi Armaghan:

Until a couple of weeks ago that I read in your website that SL could
and should be set so that transactions that had been posted could not be
deleted or reposted, we had been having lots of problems with assembly
item numbers, they would suddenly duplicate, and for some time now, all
I was doing was trying to delete or mark as obsolete the duplicates.  In
a couple of cases, I have not been able to mark them as obsolete, even
though there does not shown any inventory on hand for these items.
Mainly for this reason, we created as services all parts we have been
using in our assemblies, so they were sent to expenses as soon as they
are purchased and this mess would not alter our GL.
This caused a big mess in our db, and now migrating to the enhanced
version, the sum of qty in the different warehouses does not match the
totals. 
How can I reset inventory levels to zero so that I can do things how
they are supposed to be done?
Or should We redo all parts/assemblies/services, marking the old ones as
obsolete to be able to start a clean operation without loosing history
on AR AP and GL?
