Personally and Professionally I recommend the epson range of printers.
There are others on the market, but the epsons have been around since
the beginning of time, are easily supported, even for advanced features
like docket cutting, in most cases can trigger a till drawer to open too.
They are a very reliable unit with support available (as far as I know)
world wide.
They have a range of models available, I think their website should be
easy to navigate and choose the appropriate one for you.
