you sent, there is no redirection directive to redirect /sql-ledger to a
location outside the document root.
N.B. I'm guessing that, in your former version of apache, you had a
location, alias, or similar directive, in the main configuration file.
Probably immediately prior to the include line for the sql-ledger conf
file.
