Hi Rich, look http error log file. Maybe u see some strange errors there? Is some other http alias up (working)?
regards, Janno 9.11.2010 19:29, Rich Shepard kirjutas:
I've had serious hardware failures on my server/workstation the past few weeks and trying to recover from them all. I've a new hard drive with a fresh installation of Slackware-13.1 and am having difficulties accessing SL. Both httpd and postgres are running. When I try to log in (http://localhost/sql-ledger/login.pl) I am shown: "The requested URL /sql-ledger/login.pl was not found on this server." Yet the file is there. I used 'rsync -avz <old-drive>/sql-ledger /usr/local/' so all perms, hard links, etc. are preserved. Permissions for /usr are 777 (owned by root.root), and they are 755 for /usr/local (owned by me). What am I not seeing that's causing this problem? TIA, Rich
