Migrate to /usr/local/sql-leger/templates/<your_username>/ (or wherever
you installed the application). Copy invoice.tex to pro-forma-invoice.tex.
Use your favorite text editor to change line 51 (in my file) from
{\bfseries\Huge I N V O I C E}
to
{\bfseries\Huge PRO-FORMA INVOICE}
or whatever you want.
