That's what I thought. From a relational integrity standpoint, I can understand not being able to delete a client if there are related project numbers (unless the deletion cascades down), but project numbers should be deletable.
If do list projects and click orphaned you will see the projects that are not in use. Those will have a delete button.
I'm not seeing this. When I go to Projects -> Reports -> List Projects the only action button under the list is "Add Project." When I click on the spurious project I want to delete, the only two action buttons are "Update" and "Save." So, I'll just fire up psql, locate the appropriate table, and manually delete the appropriate row.
