Paul, With a 5-digit-per-month retainer fee I'm not going to "lawyer" them and add on the US$10 bank fee. I am very happy to pay that, especially since my bank doesn't charge me a fee for receiving the wire transfer (which they would if the account balance was below a threshold amount.)
