Hi Reed,
Each transaction is assigned a unique id (in acc_trans) from sequence.
This was added by me to solve this very particular issue.
With summary, transactions are grouped by transdate+source. In detail
all individual transactions are shown.
Query to retrieve data is in SL/RC.pm at line 181. Grouping is done
not through SQL but Perl code.
In my testing everything works fines but needs documentation for clarity.
I plan to write a summary of everything discussed here on
ledger123.com/docs and will ask you guys to comment.
Regards
Armaghan

Armaghan,
I would be happy to give any input/critique you would find useful. Be
aware I run FreeBSD on my desktop and server and am versed in Linux only
enough to avoid monkeying with any distro's package manager unless I
have to. But I'll give you what I can.
I am having NO problems with L123 on my machines; I posted only to
demonstrate what criteria *might* be causing the reconciliation view
differences some people were seeing. It was a thought exercise for me,
and I had a few minutes before I was late for work. Thanks for the
efforts you and your usual suspects are putting in on L123.
Kindest regards,
