Dear Jeff

You have to have an existing transaction (GL/AR etc), and at the bottom of
the screen you will see the 'schedule' option.

It will ask for start date, frequency (daily/monthly etc) and no of
occurrences. Select any other options depending on the transaction type and
save. Transaction will now appear in your recurring list.

If anyone reading knows how to automatically change the month in the
description field in an AR recurring transaction - ie we invoice many
clients monthly for services and we would like the text to include the month
year in the text, based on the invoice date.
