Hi all,

I have updated the 'Save Report' feature to use database tables added
by Dieter for this purpose in his recent sql-ledger release.

'Save Report' button appears at the end of reports where you can
specify a report definition name and click the 'Save Report' button.
All conditions you specified for the report as well as columns
selected are stored with this definition.

When running that report again, a report menu is displayed on search
screen populated with preset definitions and with a single click you
can recall the report exactly the way you did before saving.

Currently this function is available in AR/AP/GL reports and should be
available in other reports within next few days (as well as a change
to make report definitions private)
