I do not see the point in changing SQL-Ledger or any program for that
matter in order to facilitate crooks.
That said, I guess that none of this will effect the normal users,
only the fraudsters are being targeted for reverse VAT via a QRM.

If you should ever be targeted to such a reverse VAT I guess a lawyer
might be very needed.
And the way your accounting software handles the reversed VAT will
probably be the least of your worries..
