I understand why you need to process part orders through shipping > ship.
Would it though be possible at the bottom of the ship screen next to the "done" button to put a "sales Order" button that would then take you straight to the sales order page for that sales order you are working on, then it would just be 1 click to the sales invoice. Currently (worst case)once you have updated the shipping, its 1 click orders, 1 click reports, 1 click sales orders, 1 click continue, 1 click to click on the required order. That makes 5 clicks + a hunt to find the right order before you can then create the sales invoice... or again am I missing something?
