Hi Rolf,

Corruption does not occur if you upgrade to Ledger123 database
structure but keep using Dieter's SQL-Ledger.

And SQL-Ledger backup function will keep working correctly provided
sql/Pg-custom_tables.sql is copied to the sql folder.

So no worries for any one who upgrades to Ledger123 database structure
for Ledger cart but keeps using Dieter's SQL-Ledger as application.
