Check out what version of MDAC your webhoster is running. I had problems with foxpro memo fields -- went to Access and MDAC 2.5 to get around the problem (we were running CF 4.5 and NT4). MS knowledge base article said that 2.6 is to be used with Win2000 (can't remember number).
