Yes go into enterprise manager,
go to the database in question, right click, click properties.
Click on the Options tab.
Then where it says Access click the Restrict Access box.
Then that will allow you to click single user.

Single user mode basically prevents anything or anyone, other than the
current user/process, from accessing or querying against the database.

Anybody know what "Single-User Mode" means with relation to SQL Server
7.0 and how to activate it? We're trying to "restore" the "master"
database and it pops up a dialog saying we need to be in "Single-User
Mode".
