  I'm not sure.  To my knowledge I do nothing special when printing.  I'd 
ask if you tried print preview, but there isn't one.  You could try to 
'zoom out' to 25% or so and see what it shows you.  You may also try the 
recalculate page breaks operation when you right click to see if that 
changes anything.
