before you run the select statements run SET DATEFORMAT DMY (if indeed you
are intending your dates to be in the format "dd/mm/yy"

Subject: Using Between operator with dates

Has anyone had any problems with using Between and dates?
I have a query that you select a range of dates, if I for example do

Select * From customerLeads
Where
TodaysDate Between '04/01/02' And '04/02/02'

I get all the 04/01/02 leads as well as the 04/02/02 leads but I also
get the 04/02/00 and 04/02/01 leads. I tried using the >= and <=
operators but it still does the same thing. Anyone have some ideas as to
why the second range of dates grabs the values searched for but also
includes the previous years?

Thanks,
Ben
