I would use MSSQL full-text search, I find it more efficient when searching TEXT fields within MSSQL. It is less overhead too!
It is really easy to use as well. If you need some examples just shoot me a email offline! Each one has a text portion that I'd like to be searchable. I have a choice of Verity or whatever's in MS SQL 2000. Does anyone know of a reason that I should use the SQL for this? Performance, storage, etc? I'm looking for advice that will give me the best speed and stability even at a cost of some extra space.
