Hi Dave,
A quick and easy way to do this.

Make sure you have Grid view selected.

Execute the sp_help mytablename.

Try doing ctrl+a (select all) on the outputted info displayed in the bottom
pane.  Choose 'save as' and save the selected output in .csv format.  You
can then view this in Excel and print from there.
