I'm not entirely sure what they may have been getting at, but I assume they
are referring to the cap on the number of records you can have using
identities.  That said, it all depends on the size of your app and the
potential number of records you may have in a table.  If you're not looking
at storing millions of records then those statements don't really apply IMHO
