He uses 111 because that is the number of kilometers in a degree of
latitude. With that said I should use 69. It is the numbers of miles in a
degree of latitude.

For the where statement, it takes the lat and subtracts it from the
distance/111 to get the furthest distance. I can only get results for
distances of 111, 222, 333, .... It could be something else but I'm not sure
what. :(
