Thanks to you guys for helping.. We have evaluated RedGate SQl Bundle and it is exactly what I am looking for, but want to create a control panel that allows us to sync the development to the production.
If you think that its bad why do you mention Red Gate? Synchronizing data is one thing, updating the structure is much more involved.
