Kevin, Looks like you'll need two recordsets to display your data:
One to get QoH based on style, size, and color: select style,color,size,sum(qty_on_hand)as qty from item group by style, color, size order by style, color, size And one to get QoH totals based on style and size: select t.size,t.style, sum(t.qty) as total from ( select style,color,size,sum(qty_on_hand)as qty from item group by style, color, size ) t group by t.style,t.size order by style, size These are over-simplified, of course, as they don't include joins to master tables; nor are table and column names an exact match to your data...but you get the idea. :) Dina ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:6:2328 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/6 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:6 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.6 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
