That is a choice you made during installation.

That should be the right place. Go into the CF Administrator, look at the 
settings summary and note the class path that is there. Place the .jar in any 
of the listed directories and restart CF.

If this doesn't work, try PostgreSQL: drivers and servers are both backward 
compatible, so pretty much every driver talks to every server version.
