Same for me, on CentOS 4 I just build freetds from source and then pymssql

[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sch_Accpac]$ ldd

        libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x0053c000)

        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x005ec000)
