Hi, thanks to Michael and contributors for a wonderful tool. :-) I created a ticket (#250) with a patch that adds namespace support to the SqlSoup plugin, with docs. I did not add tests because SQLite does not support namespaces (confusingly called "schema" in both SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL).
